  • Breeze Meeting is not Breeze Presenter, which allows you to create voice-over, animated presentation using MS PowerPoint.

  • Two large monitors (one for sharing only, reset to 800 x 600)

  • DV camera into computer

  • Headset

  • Laptop to see what students see

An office set up for Breeze MeetingSet

  • Black curtain

  • Lights

  • Anti-reflective glasses

  • Water

  • Notepad

  • Phone

Prep

  • Think through and plan discussion issues

  • Allow guest access (risky)

  • Promote guests to presenters

  • Optimize room bandwidth

  • Adjust audio level

  • Set Monitor 2 to 800 x 600

  • Increase browser font size

  • Prep pods as needed
